Our committees
At UN Youth Australia, our national team has multiple committees/teams to operate our various portfolios, including communications, finance, education and more.
National Committees
To support a wide range of functions, national committees or teams execute the day-to-day functions of our portfolios. Ranging from communications to finance, these committees organise and execute projects and a wide strategic direction to operate the organisation and empower the youth of Australia.
Our national committees are perfect for anyone looking to contribute to the youth sector, while also wishing to up-skill and gain practical experience in their fields of study or work. There are both experienced and entry-level roles for everyone. Explore our committees below.
International Operations Committee
The International Operations Committee (IOC) provides support and consultation to the Chief International Operations Officer and International Activity Convening teams (those who organise UN Youth’s International Activities). The IOC covers portfolios including Risk Management, Finance, Communications, Education, Strategy and Partnerships, and Welfare.
